What's happening at EYC

Summer Vacation
EYC is currently on summer break. Our regular Sunday gatherings will resume in September. Have a great summer and join us in September!

Youth Mission Trip Summer 2019
The Youth Mission Trip will be Monday July 8 to Thursday July 11.  The youth will be taking in part in Serve the City, a week long volunteer effort put forth by the City of Newport News. Last year, the youth served one day of their mission trip at Serve the City, and this year they are interested in a longer commitment. We are excited about serving locally this year, and please put us in your prayers! For more information, please contact the Rev. Lorna Williams.

What is EYC?

EYC is an energetic community for young people in grades 6 through 12 that gathers on Sunday evenings from September to May to worship, enjoy fellowship, have fun, and participate in Bible-based discussions on topics of everyday life, world issues, and their faith. They also discuss where God is stirring in everyday life, in social media, and the entertainment media. Each program offered nurtures our youth on their spiritual journeys. They also participate in weekend diocesan retreats in the fall and spring.
